Mr. Perez has tried over 50 cases to verdict. His practice includes first-party property insurance defense, representing insurance carriers, and third-party tort defense of insureds in homeowners, commercial and automotive accident case. He represents a nationally recognized door and window manufacturer throughout the State of Florida. In 2013, he was part of a trial team obtaining a defense verdict for this client in a multi-million dollar suit. This was one of the longest jury trials in the history of Palm Beach County.
Mr. Perez’ involvement in his community has included past service on the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. and the Florida Foster Care Review Project. He has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and The United Way of Dade County. Because of his community involvement, he was selected to carry the Olympic Torch on its way through Miami on the Fourth of July 1996.
